Client-provided assets remain the client’s property; The Art of Film Productions, LLC receives a license to use them only as needed to perform the services.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Art of Film Productions, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of this website or our services. Film and video distribution involves third-party platforms and audience behavior that we do not control; we do not guarantee specific view counts, rankings, or business outcomes except as expressly stated in a signed agreement.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement according to the notice and cancellation terms in the applicable contract. Upon termination, obligations for work completed, expenses incurred, and confidentiality survive as stated in that agreement.
